Is Ekta Mobile a registered business?
Yes. Ekta Mobile is the trade name of a GST-registered proprietorship. The proprietor is Ishabhai Chaudhari, and the shop is registered at Shop No. D 5, Gandhidham, Kachchh, Gujarat 370201. Our GSTIN is printed at the bottom of every page and on every invoice we issue.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Every sale is billed with a proper GST tax invoice showing our GSTIN, the item, the taxable value and the GST charged. If you are buying in a company name, bring the company GSTIN and we will raise the invoice against it.
Can I buy online or get delivery?
We do not sell online and this website does not take orders or payments. It exists so you can see what we stock, check our details and contact us. All purchases happen at the shop counter in Gandhidham.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI, debit and credit cards. Card EMI is available on eligible purchases, subject to your bank's approval and terms.
How long does a screen replacement take?
For common models where we hold the part in stock, usually the same day. For other models we order the part in and give you an estimated date and a firm quote before starting any work.
Do the phones come with a warranty?
Yes. New handsets carry the manufacturer's standard India warranty, serviced through the brand's own authorised service centres. We will help you with the paperwork and point you to the right service centre. See our returns and warranty policy for details.
